How to pack a bike box
Carrying a 'bike box' through the Madrid Metro struck me as a bit of a challenge, as good as the Madrid Metro is. I could have cycled from Madrid Airport across / through Madrid to the DaiBus station I suppose but I'm a bit of 'softie' according to Adventurer Son and others. Plus the fact that Daibus are expecting me to front for the Madrid to Gibraltar bus trip with my bike 'embalada' in a 'caja de carton.'
So what better than a couple of settee castors for the princley sum of $2.50 (plus labour).
I shall actually be sad to abandon my handiwork in Algeciras.
